What types of washing machines do they make?
They have quite a narrow range, but they do not go in for small capacity machines. The ones on their website are displayed as either 7kg or 8kg capacity. There are two basic designs and each one comes in either white or silver.
There is also another new addition to the range of features available; this is an Air Refresh cycle. This is only available through Samsung, and it uses hot air to help get rid of any smells that might be lingering on your clothes. Is their website very informative?
When you view the home page you will see the main links at the top of the page. But there are lots of departments and pages lurking behind these, so you will need to position your cursor over the ‘products’ link to see everything they do. When you see washing machines appear – the link will be on the right, under home appliances – just click on it and go through to that section.
This will bring you to a page with a product finder section on it, which enables you to select from the 7kg or 8kg capacity. The second drop down box underneath this enables you to choose the actual product number, but unless you know exactly what you are looking for you won’t find this of much use.
Underneath this there is a small picture of a washing machine, together with two arrows pointing east and west. You can click one of these to scroll through the selection to see the machines. When you see one you like, click on it to view the proper page for that washing machine.

As you scroll down you will see this is a page which is packed with pictures to show you various parts of the machine and what they are for.
